Specialized in e-commerce that sells
Online store development
An online store is not a website with a cart: it's a business that has to charge, ship, invoice and rank on its own. I build online stores that genuinely sell: a platform with no commission on your sales, the right payment gateways for your market (including Spanish rails like Redsys and Bizum), connected logistics and SEO that brings customers without paying for ads every month. My longest-running store has been billing six figures a year for eight years without a single rewrite.
Why most online stores don't sell
If any of these sound familiar, every visit you lose is an order someone else takes.
A checkout that scares buyers away
A slow payment process with forced registration and endless fields sends cart abandonment through the roof. In e-commerce, every ounce of checkout friction is measured directly in lost revenue.
Missing the payment methods your buyers expect
Shoppers pay with what they trust: in Spain that means Bizum and card via Redsys on top of PayPal. Offering only one foreign gateway lowers conversion — and usually charges you higher fees per sale.
Paying commission on every sale
Rented platforms that keep a percentage of your revenue and raise your fee as you grow. Your margin works for them, and the day you want to leave, the store isn't yours.
Product pages invisible on Google
If your categories and product pages don't rank, you depend 100% on paid ads to sell. The day you pause the ads, you pause the revenue. E-commerce SEO is the asset nobody can switch off.
Stock and shipping managed by hand
Copying orders manually to the courier, stock mismatches, labels one by one... Hours lost every week and errors that end up as returns and bad reviews.
Tax setup done wrong
VAT misapplied by product or by country, invoices that don't comply, special regimes ignored. An e-commerce store with broken tax handling is a problem with the tax authority waiting for a date.
What a well-built online store includes
What I deliver when I build an e-commerce store, whether PrestaShop or fully custom.
A platform you own, commission-free
PrestaShop or custom development depending on the project: the store is your property, on your hosting, with no percentage taken from your sales and no fees that climb as you bill more.
The right payment gateways
For the Spanish market I integrate Redsys with your bank and Bizum; internationally, Stripe, PayPal and financing if your average order calls for it. Mobile-optimized checkout, guest payment and the fewest possible steps between cart and "order confirmed".
Connected logistics
Integration with your carriers (SEUR, GLS, Correos Express or your agency): automatic labels, customer tracking, pickup points and shipping rules by weight, zone or order value.
EU and Spanish tax compliance
VAT by product type, automatic invoicing that meets the rules, Spanish special regimes where they apply and the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) if you sell across the EU.
Real e-commerce SEO
Category architecture designed around real searches, product pages optimized for long-tail queries, Product schema with price and availability, and loading speed Google rewards.
Measurement and continuous improvement
A properly built funnel analytics setup: you'll know where buyers drop off and which campaigns pay. After launch, we iterate on real data, not hunches.
Real cases: stores that have been selling for years
Two PrestaShop stores built by me, still in production and growing year after year.
E-commerce billing six figures a year
A niche online store for meter box covers: over six figures in annual revenue, eight years in production, zero rewrites and 5 stars on Trustpilot.
From B2B factory to direct-to-consumer
A childcare products factory with 25 years of selling only to retailers opened its direct channel: a made-to-measure product configurator, Spanish payment rails, and over 8 years selling online without changing platform.

How pricing works
Every project is priced by scope: pages, features, integrations, and deadlines. No inflated agency rates, no mid-project surprises.
After a 30-minute call, you get a fixed written quote within 24 hours, with deliverables and a timeline.
I take on a limited number of projects per year. I look for clients who want a long-term technical partner, not the lowest bid.
Frequently asked questions
How much does professional online store development cost?
It depends on catalog size, integrations (payments, shipping, ERP) and whether you need custom features like configurators or subscriptions. Every project is priced individually: after a 30-minute call I send you a fixed written quote within 24 hours, with concrete deliverables and deadlines.
PrestaShop, WooCommerce or Shopify — which one suits me?
For most stores with a medium or large catalog I recommend PrestaShop: no commission on sales, EU VAT and invoicing solved, and total control. WooCommerce fits small catalogs already living on WordPress, and Shopify is quick to launch but you pay commission and rent forever. On the initial call I'll tell you which one fits your specific case and why.
How long does it take to build an online store?
A PrestaShop store with an initial catalog, payments and shipping integrated is usually ready in 4-8 weeks. If there's custom development (configurators, ERP sync, bespoke logic) the timeline is defined in the quote. You always work on a staging environment before launch.
Which payment methods can I offer from day one?
Whatever your market expects. For Spain I integrate Redsys with your bank's virtual POS and Bizum — the local rails that lift conversion — plus PayPal, Stripe or financing if your average order justifies it. I also walk you through the bank paperwork to activate the POS, which is usually where things get stuck.
I already have a store — can you migrate it without losing rankings?
Yes. The migration includes an inventory of current URLs, one-to-one 301 redirects, metadata preservation and Search Console verification after the switch. Migrating platforms without an SEO plan is the fastest way to lose years of rankings; with a plan, the traffic is preserved.
What legal obligations does an online store have in the EU and Spain?
Seller identification and legal notice (Spain's LSSI), GDPR consents and privacy policy, clear terms of sale, the 14-day right of withdrawal and a payment button that makes the obligation to pay explicit. All of it is configured and written at delivery, not left as a to-do for your lawyer.
Will I be able to manage the catalog myself?
Yes. PrestaShop ships with a complete admin panel: products, prices, stock, coupons and orders without touching code. Delivery includes a training session so your team runs the store autonomously from day one.
What happens after launch?
An online store is a living business: security updates, backups, modules kept current and conversion improvements based on real data. I offer monthly maintenance so the store stays fast, secure and selling while you focus on the product.
