Ship real software, not slide decks

SaaS MVP development in 6–10 weeks

Fixed scope Stripe billing Multi-tenant €6k–€18k

Stop sketching pitch decks. I build production SaaS MVPs end-to-end in 6 to 10 weeks: Rails + Postgres + Stripe + auth + admin. You ship to real users while competitors are still drafting Figma boards.

SaaS MVP development — Metricgram example

What you get

Every MVP ships with the boring 70% done right.

Auth, roles, teams

Email + OAuth login, role-based access, multi-user teams with invitations. Devise or custom, your call.

Stripe subscriptions

Plans, trials, metered usage, taxes, webhooks reconciled. Failed payment dunning works on day one.

Multi-tenant data model

Postgres schema designed for tenant isolation. Indexes that match your real query patterns, not generic ones.

Admin panel

You can find and edit any record without opening a Rails console. Impersonate users to debug support tickets.

Background jobs & emails

Sidekiq for async work. Transactional emails via Postmark or SES. Templates that don’t look like Mailchimp 2012.

Deployed to production

Heroku, Render or your own AWS/GCP. CI on GitHub Actions. Monitoring with Sentry. Backups daily.

Pricing transparency

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to build a SaaS MVP?

Fixed-scope SaaS MVPs range from €6,000 for tightly scoped products to €18,000 for full multi-tenant SaaS with billing, admin and integrations. I quote per project after a discovery call. No hourly games for MVPs.

How long does a typical SaaS MVP take?

Most MVPs ship in 6 to 10 weeks. The variable is scope, not speed: a focused tool with auth + one core feature + Stripe ships in 6 weeks; a multi-tenant SaaS with teams, billing tiers and integrations is 10 weeks.

What stack do you use for SaaS MVPs?

Ruby on Rails 7 + PostgreSQL + Stripe + Sidekiq + Hotwire (Turbo/Stimulus) + TailwindCSS, deployed on Heroku or Render. This stack ships fast, scales to thousands of users without rewrites and is easy to hand off to an in-house team.

Do you handle Stripe / payments / subscriptions?

Yes. Stripe Billing for subscriptions, metered usage, multiple plans, taxes via Stripe Tax, webhook reconciliation and a working dunning flow for failed payments. This is included by default in MVP projects.

What about hosting and DevOps?

For most MVPs I deploy to Heroku or Render — minimal DevOps, your team can keep operating it. If you have an existing AWS or GCP setup I can deploy there too. CI runs on GitHub Actions.

Will I own the code?

Yes. The code lives in your GitHub organization from day one. You own everything: source, infrastructure accounts, domains, Stripe account. No proprietary lock-in, no monthly platform fees beyond hosting.

Do you do design too or do I bring a designer?

For MVPs I work from a design system (TailwindUI components or your existing Figma). If you don’t have a designer, I can ship a clean, professional interface using TailwindUI. For pixel-perfect branded design I’ll recommend a designer to pair with.

What happens after launch?

Two paths: (1) hand off code, docs and a recorded walkthrough so your team can take over; (2) optional monthly retainer for fixes, dependency upgrades and small feature work, starting at €490/month.
