A niche with real search demand

Nobody googles for a court expert casually. The person searching is a lawyer assembling evidence, someone disputing a forged signature, or a business fighting an insurance settlement — high urgency, high intent. Until this site, the answer lived scattered across dozens of professional bodies. GuiaPeritoJudicial.com aggregates professional colleges, expert associations and public records into one search box, exactly as its homepage promises.

A product touch worth noting: the two disciplines with the strongest real-world demand — handwriting experts and insurance experts — carry a visible "most requested" badge. The interface is ordered by search intent rather than alphabet, a small decision that compounds across thousands of visits.

What the platform offers

  • Unified search across specialty, city and expert name from a single prominent input.
  • Eight browsable disciplines: handwriting, insurance, IT forensics, medical, real estate, damages, automotive and accounting.
  • Province and regional listings displaying the genuine number of professionals per territory.
  • Individual expert profiles with the contact details needed to request a report quote.
  • Demand-based highlighting that surfaces the most sought-after specialties first.
  • A legal blog answering recurring questions about expert evidence.

Specialties and reach

The published dataset spans 2,642 experts, 8 specialties, 52 provinces and 19 autonomous communities. Regional leaders per the live site: Andalusia (453), Castile and León (373), Catalonia (234) and Valencia (233). Crossing specialty with geography is where the SEO leverage lives — "perito calígrafo en Madrid" and "perito informático en Valencia" are different searches deserving different landing pages, and the platform generates them all.

How it was built

Like the rest of my directory portfolio, it is a bespoke Laravel + PHP application backed by MySQL. The heart of the build is the data model: experts, disciplines and territories relate so that every listing page is produced programmatically — its own title, meta description, Organization/WebSite JSON-LD and consistent internal links. Thousands of URLs maintained from one schema, not thousands of hand-edited pages.

Pages arrive as pre-rendered HTML with compiled Tailwind CSS; Alpine.js appears only for the mobile menu. No purchased theme, no plugin chain — every byte served has a reason to exist, and load times show it.

What this project proves

Legal niches combine three ingredients that make a directory viable: laser-specific search intent, official information nobody has unified, and users ready to pick up the phone. GuiaPeritoJudicial runs the same engine as my gestoría and notary directories but adds an extra taxonomy layer — the specialties — showing how one architecture flexes across different data shapes.
