IPRScan is a purpose-built Laravel + PHP SaaS: scheduled jobs ingest each day's publications, a similarity engine scores every new filing against the watched portfolio, and a MySQL database tuned for multi-million-row search keeps lookups fast.
Every public record page is produced with programmatic SEO — metadata, structured data and internal linking generated from the filing itself — and cached hard. No theme, no plugin stack, just code written for this exact product.
